Who am I buying from?
You’re buying directly from me the artist, Robert McSpadyen. Each and every limited-edition screenprint is hand-printed by me and posted from Glasgow, Scotland, UK.

How can I contact you?
Fill out the form on the contact page in the shop. Please feel free to get in touch with any shop related question.

How do I pay for my order?
I currently only accept payment via PayPal. But you don’t need a PayPal account to buy from this store. You can pay for your print by credit or debit card through PayPal.

How do I know you got my order?
You will be sent an invoice/receipt confirmation from Paypal. During the checkout process, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders within UK. International shipping rates will vary, so please contact me for the shipping costs to your country. Be advised that international customers are responsible for any additional import charges that may apply.

How will my order be packaged?
Medium and large prints will be placed between sheets of acid-free tissue paper, rolled around a cardboard tube for inner support, and wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap. This will then be put in the sturdy outer mailing tube, both ends of the tube filled with bubble wrap, the end caps put on and secured in place with high quality parcel tape.

Small prints will be packaged using quality mount board and cellophane, and wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. This will then be placed securely in a strong cardboard envelope with two sheets of corrugated cardboard for added protection.

How do I know when it’s been shipped?
If you give me your email address via the contact page, I‘ll send you an email letting you know that your print has been dispatched, including the name of the courier and Tracking Number.

When will my order be sent?
All items will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.

When will my order arrive?
UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and will arrive the day after posting.

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International or Parcelforce Global Priority. Please allow up to 4 working days for Europe, 4 working days for North America, 5 working days for Australia/ New Zealand, and 10 working days for the rest of the world. All orders come with a tracking number.

However, depending on Customs and the local postal service, delivery may take a little longer. If you haven’t received your print after 14 working days please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Refunds/Exchanges
Your order items are tracked and insured up to the point of delivery. Upon delivery they become your sole responsibility. In the unlikely event there is an issue with the items you received, please let me know and I will be happy to make it right via refund or exchange. For damaged prints I'll require photographic proof and confirmation from Royal Mail/ Parcelforce. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the receipt of the item as shown by postal tracking.
